San Francisco's cost of living is the highest in the United States but with CPMC's salary and benefits, all of our residents have been able to afford living in the city. Some even support their spouse and children on a single resident's income.

Disability insurance: $0 for the resident


CPMC offers a 403b match plan that sometimes contributes an additional 2% to employee contributions though this has been suspended since the construction of the Van Ness campus.

Vacation and Research Conferences

Vacation: 15 working days with high flexibility

Sick Leave: 5 working days with with high flexility

Research Conferences: Unlimited time off within reason
